How to add E-Book to Apple Books Application (Mac)

  1. Download ZIP file.
  2. Open ZIP file in the finder window.
  3. Click into the folder and click on the file that that ends with “.epub.”
  4. The file will automatically add its self into the Books application.

How to add E-Book to Apple Books Application (iPhone)

  1. Download ZIP file.
  2. Save ZIP to iCloud files application
  3. Click on the ZIP file to decompress it.
  4. After the ZIP file decompresses, a new file with the extension “.epub.”
  5. Click on the .epub file. The file will automatically open in the Books application.

How to add E-Book to Kindle Application

  1. Download ZIP file.
  2. Go to  amazon.com/myk in a web browser.
  3. Select which kindle you want to use and click the device name in the expanded menu.
  4. On the next page you will see an email address for your kindle that will look like this: “example@kindle.com.” Copy the email address.
  5. Now go to your email, compose a new email.
  6. Paste the email address in the “To:” field.
  7. Attach the .epub file to the email and send.
  8. After sending the email, you will get a new email from amazon asking you to “verify request.” This is to confirm that you sent a new book to your kindle.
  9. After verification, the book will be sent to your kindle. 
  10. If you don’t see the new book, you can have the kindle check for new books by clicking the “sync” button on the home screen.

How to add E-Book to Google Play Books Application (Computer)

  1. ​On your computer, go to your Play Books library.
  2. From the left, click Your books.
  3. At the top, click Upload files.
  4. Find the .pdf or .epub file you want to upload.
  5. Click Select.
  6. To find a file you uploaded, go to your Uploads library.

How to add E-Book to Google Play Books Application (iPhone)

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Files folder.
  2. Tap Open with Play Books app.
  3. Read your content.

How to add E-Book to Google Play Books Application (Android)

  1. On your device, open Google Play Books.
  2. At the top right, tap your profile picture.
  3. Tap Play Books settings.
  4. Check the box next to Enable PDF uploading.
  5. Download a PDF or EPUB file to your device.
  6. Open your Downloads or Files app.
  7. Find the file.
  8. Tap More More >  Open With >  Play Books or Upload to Play Books.
  9. To find uploaded files in the Play Books app, tap Library >  Uploads.

Alternatively, you can upload files to Play Books through Gmail.

  1. Attach the PDF or EPUB you want to upload to an email.
  2. Send the email to yourself.
  3. Tap the attachment > Upload to Play Books.
